Bendz // decompression

So Service User didn't come back last night.
Checked and all is well...
But it's the feeling of massive decompression that's been overwhelming today. Total brain lag. Can't think. Forgetting stuff, and just sleeping...
So this is what stress, even when I thought I'd been managing it quite well, this is how stress feels. Constant attention drain, low reward...stress.
